    Our works are only available for purchase via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards, e-checks, and may be used without a PayPal account. We combine shipping for multiple books ordered. Shipping is a flat-rate $5 for all US orders up to 5 books, and $11.50 for all International orders (Canada/Mexico, and overseas - up to 5 books). Please note that shipping rates increase when ordering more than 5 books. We ship via UPS Ground approximately 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Publications are usually only available in e-book format, and they do not have a shipping fee (they are usually delivered within a few minutes, but may take up to one to two hours depending on a number of factors that are beyond our control).
